Add ruff to workflow 4737dafc24

Auto fixes from Ruff ... c7d7c144cb

All that my ruff check --fix can find

FIX remaining ruff warnings c50211c07a

FIX which behaviour #16 ... 437092de25

For missing exe, the old function returned Path('.'), which is valid and exists, but
cannot be executed.

This closes #16
